Keith Miller
Keith is the founder member of Cameron Lindsay Consulting and has over 15 years in the Public, Private, Social Care & Voluntary Sectors analysing, designing, preparing and conducting Training & Management Development Programmes as well as providing Management Consultancy.
Keith has a Degree in Community Education Studies and is a European Foundation for Quality Management Assessor, Prince 2 Practitioner, an associate lecturer with the University of the West of Scotland a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Associate Member of the British Computer Society.
Irene Mains
Irene has a BA Hons Degree in Business Law and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. Currently Irene is a part time
senior lecturer at Glasgow Caledonian University.
Irene has considerable experience in project and change management and providing support to senior management teams in designing and implementing their strategic aims.
Fiona Miller
Fiona has a BSc, Diploma in Applied Social Science, Diploma in Youth & Community Studies, Certificate in Personnel & Training Practice and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
Fiona specialises in designing and providing coaching and mentoring programmes, social and emotional literacy and personal development.
Gordon Hendry
Gordon has a wide range of experience in the Public, Private, Care & Voluntary Sectors designing and delivering staff and management development programmes in both Scotland and Ireland. He has over 30 years experience working in a variety of General Management, Personnel and Training roles.
Gordon is qualified at Post Graduate level in both Training and Management Studies. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel & Development and Chartered Management Institute. He is also an Associate Lecturer of the University of the West of Scotland and Edinburgh Napier University and is also a qualified
SVQ Assessor.
Micheal Moran
Michael has a Diploma in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
He has been working in the learning and development field for almost 14 years. He specialises in the delivery of management development training, at both first line and senior levels. He has delivered tailored learning and development interventions for a number of private and public sector organisations and he particularly specialises in the areas of leadership, teambuilding, recruitment and selection and employment law.
Neil Cameron
Neil Cameron retired from Stow College where he was Curriculum Leader for Management and ESOL (1989 until June 2012). He has a MSc Advanced Professional Studies: Education, Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Technology and Diploma in Management Services.
He has considerable experince in the further education field in both design, deliver of courses and internal and external verification.
Linda Young
Linda has a wealth of experience in the field of Marketing, Public Relations and Communications, gained over a 25 year period. During that time, she headed up her own PR consultancy; worked with one of Scotland’s leading media agencies; operated as an independent consultant; held the role of Sales & Marketing Director for a major new home builder; had a key role for the role as Head of Marketing & PR in a financial institution and more recently enjoyed the challenges of Change Communications, Culture Change and Project Management roles in further education. She has just finished Project Managing the new website development at West College Scotland.
