Our programmes in Public Service Leadership and Management & Leadership are approved by Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and awarded through Learning & Development Associates. It is aimed at developing professional team leaders and managers within the public and voluntary sectors.

We can offer programmes specifically for your services or contact us for information on our next open programme.

At present we are delivering 2 programmes, one to the  Western Isles Education and Childeren Services and other to the Scottish Children's Reporters Administration.

Cameron Lindsay Consulting have just completed a health audit for West College Scotland.

When West College Scotland was established in 2013 after the mergers of Clydebak, Reid Keer and James Watt, Cameron Lindsay Consulting provided lead support with thier change management process. The College asked us to return in April 16 to undertake a health audit on their process, people and culture. We are please to say that this has just been completed and the college are utilising the information from this analysis to develop new approached for the nexrt 3 years.
